I am a passionate fish biologist from Perth, Western Australia, now based in Hobart at the Institute of Marine and Antarctic Studies. I have worked in the fisheries field since completing my PhD in 2008, focusing on providing sound biological data for stock assessments of scale fish species in temperate and tropical regions of Western Australia and now in temperate waters around Tasmania. I have work in both University fisheries research groups and Government fisheries departments.
