Dr Alyssa Marshell is a fisheries scientist with over 20 years of international experience in applied, interdisciplinary marine science research. Her research spans fields such as fish population dynamics, fisheries sustainability, and marine ecology across the Indo-Pacific, Indian Ocean, and around Australia. Her research blends tools such as biological sampling, BRUVs and ROV video surveys, acoustic telemetry, external tagging, and field surveys to address ecological and management challenges.
