Curtis is a Senior Research Scientist with NSW Fisheries and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Southern Cross University. His current research spans a range of climate impact and adaptation topics, including climate change vulnerability assessments for fisheries and marine ecosystems, marine heatwave response plan development and the prediction of marine species distributions for climate-informed management.
